Thabang Xaba foundation is an organization founded by a group of young people who felt the need
to be drivers of positive impact after seeing the dire circumstances faced by the youth from disadvantaged communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is To play a major role in achieving sustainable and innovative developments
through capacitation of disadvantage youth so that they become socially, politically and economically competent in building an innovative country.

Our Vision

The vision of the Foundation is to create an effective mentoring, intervention and advocacy programs
that will see young people continuously transformed.
